24/7 Emergency Towing in Taunton

Unfortunately for me, my vehicle broke down on the highway today. However, Angelo U from East Coast Towing made the experience absolutely enjoyable. He drove me and my car to my requested destination and we had some fantastic conversation along the way! His taste in music is excellent and we sung along to Footloose by Kenny Loggins as well as some other good tunes. I highly recommend this towing experience, if you should need a tow. My car will be in the shop for probably a while, but at least I had a good time getting there! :)

Recently, I had the misfortune of my classic vehicle stalling out on me due to carburetor issues while traveling to work. Angelo, the driver, promptly showed up and was so courteous and professional. He explained every step that he was taking to assure me that my car would be okay. His personality was fantastic in terms of customer service and the professionalism of his driving. My car made the 100 mile tow from Taunton to Springfield with no issues whatsoever. Hopefully, I do not need your services anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely come back. I’m a member of AAA Pioneer Valley since 1994.

Friday at 12:44 pm heading to the cape we picked up a 6 inch spike in the constuction zone 495 south at Bay road. It did instant damage and flattened the tire. I called AAA and they imediately dispatched a Driver as we were in the breakdown lane with tons of traffic. Within 20 minutes total Jared M From EAST COAST TOWING & RECOVERY called to inform us he was on his way! He was quick and efficient! Myself being an Tow Company owner and Tow Truck driver doing towing, transportation & recovery For Boston Police I was impressed! Thank you.

Best towing/transport service I’ve ever experienced. Called them on short notice to pick up a vintage Cadillac in NH on a very particular day; I didn’t have any wiggle room with the seller’s schedule. They told me they could do it and had just the guy. East Coast put Devin on the job and things could not have gone better. They communicated throughout the day and the owner, who had mixed feelings about letting his baby go, messaged me about how smoothly the pickup went. The delivery was just as smooth. Devin is clearly a car guy and could not have been any gentler with this antique vehicle. I did spend more than I wanted but I cannot imagine being any happier with the process. Worth every penny.
